Hosting can vary in price depending on volume of traffic, amount of disk space, etc. For a typical small business, we recommend our normal 'small business package'. This includes enough for most small businesses, including e-mail IDs, e-mail aliasing and forwarding, auto-replies, FTP access, web-based mail access and web-site hosting with many available packages that you may add yourself at no cost.

We offer you your own corporate web server for a $249.00 setup charge. This includes hosting for a year and domain registration. The cost is currently $109.00 annually to renew. This allows you to manage your own system including the granting of e-mail IDs, FTP access, web-hosting, and sub-domains.

Genuine High Availability Servers

Critical servers are backed up nightly. To safeguard your data and to allow seamless migrations and fail-over we have more than three sets of servers and your site is backed up to a different server.

Our servers have multiple redundant high-speed connections to the internet backbone and are placed in different geographic regions. Fail-over is designed to keep critical sites operational even in the event of natural disasters.

Servers are shut down for maintenance and upgrades and occasionally some even fail. This is true of every server in the world. However, since 2004 when we instituted the 'three server set' policy, our company has never left the Internet entirely. Our servers have remained in operation even when substantial portions of the Internet itself were down.

Our servers are monitored 24 hours per day, seven days a week by on-site staff. Scheduled outages are usually limited to a few minutes (to install new hardware) and usually occur during the night during off-peak hours.

All this means that your site is always up and responsive to your clients.

Your site should be ample for your needs to allow growth without interference. In cases where traffic grows very rapidly, sites are monitored to ensure they stay up and stay responsive. Exceptional traffic will cause support staff to automatically shift traffic to more powerful equipment until traffic subsides.
